Sexuality education is a crucial aspect of the overall health and well-being of teenagers. It helps them understand and explore their bodies, emotions, and relationships, while providing them with the necessary tools to make informed decisions about their sexual health.
Unfortunately, many teenagers receive little or no formal education on the subject, leading to negative outcomes such as unintended pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and unhealthy relationships.
Sexuality education can help teenagers to develop a positive body image and self-esteem, which can have a positive impact on their overall well-being. By providing age-appropriate, inclusive, interactive, accurate, and ongoing education, we can empower teenagers to navigate their sexual lives with confidence and respect.
